The right starting point

Start with one valuable workflow

An AI MVP should test a product hypothesis, not simply demonstrate a model. Identify the user, the decision or task you improve, and the evidence that would justify investing further. A narrow first release makes it easier to measure usefulness and find failure cases before expanding the product.

Define the core workflow

Define the user, the task and the conditions a successful outcome needs to meet.

Build the first release

Connect the interface, data and application behavior around the agreed workflow.

Validate with real users

Evaluate representative cases, handle failures and prepare a practical release.

Inside the build

Launch a focused first release

Product scope, interface and implementation in one connected plan.

01

What the build can include

Product discovery and scope; user journeys and interface design; model integration; a backend and database; authentication; and a deployment plan. Where the workflow needs proprietary knowledge, we can connect retrieval. Where it needs actions in another system, we can add controlled tool use. The scope is agreed around the first release.

02

From proof to a usable release

Begin with representative examples and a baseline for quality, latency and cost. The AI Proof described on our homepage is a two-week engagement for exploring feasibility. A full MVP is scoped separately. We then implement the product flow, test error handling and permissions, and review the release against agreed acceptance criteria.

03

How to prepare for discovery

Bring a short explanation of the user problem, examples of inputs and expected outputs, and any existing prototype. Share whether data can be used with external model providers and which integrations are essential. Confidentiality terms should be agreed before sharing sensitive data.

04

Measure more than a convincing demo

Useful MVP checks include task completion, response accuracy on representative cases, cost per successful task, and behavior when the model or an integration fails. We help define these measures alongside the features so the next investment decision has practical evidence.
