The right starting point

The product is more than the model

A commercial AI platform needs a reliable user journey from registration to a completed task. We help define account structure, core workflows, admin tools and integration boundaries. AI features should fit within a usable application rather than requiring users to understand model settings to get value.

Onboard your customers

Define the user, the task and the conditions a successful outcome needs to meet.

Deliver the AI workflow

Connect the interface, data and application behavior around the agreed workflow.

Operate and improve

Evaluate representative cases, handle failures and prepare a practical release.

Inside the build

Build beyond the AI feature

A coherent SaaS experience from first sign-in to everyday use.

01

Accounts, roles and tenant boundaries

Scope individual accounts, teams or organizations according to your product. Define roles and permissions at the API and data layer. Where multiple customers share infrastructure, tenant isolation needs explicit implementation and tests for queries, files, background jobs and search indexes.

02

Subscriptions and usage

Billing can combine subscriptions, feature access and usage limits. Agree which events count toward usage, how limits are communicated, and what happens when a payment fails. Payment webhook handling and usage recording should be idempotent so retries do not grant access twice or count work twice.

03

Latency, cost and operations

Long-running AI tasks may require queues and progress states instead of holding a web request open. Track cost per task, provider failures and response latency. Caching, smaller models or shorter context can help when evaluation confirms they still meet the quality target. Capacity planning begins with expected usage patterns.

04

A practical launch scope

Bring the target customer, subscription concept, primary workflow and essential integrations. We can separate launch requirements from later features and agree acceptance criteria for permissions, billing behavior, AI quality and failure recovery before implementing the first release.
